| Thanks admin. for posting "DALAN" tele-serial in this site. Directed by Nabin Subba, one of the most taleneted director in Nepal, Dalan successful exposes the inequality pervaded in our society. The inhumane act of caste discrimination based on rigid Hindu caste system and the miserable lives Nepali dalits have been living over the centuries have been portrayed effectively in the serial. In addition to the talented cast and crew, this serial is adorned by the extraordinray soundtrack of subhabahadur sunam. Dalan gets so emotional at times that it is too painful to watch for soft-hearted people without tears in their eyes. Scariest of all the facts is that there is still a big population in our county living the simlar kind of life. I have been watching this serial since it has been posted in internet, about few months ago. I am glad that I can watch it in canadanepal too. To the friends who have not watched this serial, I just want to say it is worth watching, and not just watching but pondering. |
